Instructions for the presenters:
Oral presentations - Please check the updated programme and your exact presentation time. Please note the total time for presentation is 20 minutes, this will include 5 minutes for discussion. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick and take it to the lecture room well in advance before your session. The AV-assistants will be ready to assist you in the lecture room during the coffee breaks to download your presentation on the lecture room computer.
Poster presentations:
The size of the poster board is A1 portrait. Your poster should be on display throughout both days of the conference. Pins will be provided at the poster area.
